The Great Beechwood Cemetery Tree Clean Up

Beechwood Cemetery Foundation thanks the community for help. We have all been dealing with the LDD Moth problem in the trees in our community.

Beechwood has been looking into different solutions and has been removing as many LDD Moth Eggs as possible.

However, we can’t do it alone! With over 6000 trees, Beechwood asked for your help.

On Sunday, October 3rd, 2021, community volunteers started in the National Military Cemetery and working our way out to other sections. Beechwood provided each participant with a scrub brush on a pole, goggles, and gloves.
