Peacefully at the Queensway-Carleton Hospital at the age of 90. Predeceased by her parents Wilhelmina and Roydel Wilson, and her brother Leslie Wilson (late Barbara). Will be dearly remembered by her niece Stephanie Wilson (Mike Majid), her nephew Christopher Wilson (Evelyn Stroobach) and step-niece Donna Brice (Robert Killeen). Fond great-aunt to Kyle, Shane, Nathan and Benjamin.

She was devoted to her work, her family and to the United Church for which she was an organist for many years in her younger days. She was always proud of the service she generously gave to others: dedicated caregiver to her mother, uncle and brother.

Special thanks to all the staff at The Court at Barrhaven, especially Juvy who always provided special care and attention.

Friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside Service which will be held on Wednesday February  8th, 2023 at Beechwood Cemetery, 280 Beechwood Ave. Ottawa, ON at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.

I’m so very sorry to hear of the passing of your Aunt Norma. I remember well her beautiful smile, gentle manner and sweet way of talking and listening. I’m sure your time and visits brought her a lot of comfort. May she rest now in peace. Thinking of you all. Big hug.

I only met your aunt a couple of times. But, when she talked to me it felt as if she had know me for ever. May she rest in peace.
