Passed away in Ottawa surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at the age of 80.
Beloved husband of Ibtissam Saroufim. Much loved father of Jessica. Dear brother of Nicholas (Marie Therese Selwen), Warde, Josephine; predeceased by his siblings, Assaad (Mona Elhindi), Elias (Saada Elhindi), Gergios (Hekmat Saroufim) and Joseph (Samia Farah). Cherished uncle of Ricardo (Manal Sader) and Joice (Mitri Soboh). Dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, many friends and relatives in Canada and Lebanon.
Gone but never forgotten. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday June 6, 2022 between 6:30 and 9:00 pm at Beechwood Cemetery, 280 Beechwood Ave. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday June 7, 2022 at 10:00 am at the Sacred Space at Beechwood Funeral & Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at the Ottawa Hospital General Campus. In Memory of Michel, donations to Sts. Peter and Paul Church or the Ottawa Hospital General Campus, would be appreciated.
