It is with the deepest sorrow that we inform you, Major Jessica Zane Ross passed away peacefully, in the arms of her husband and children, after her struggle with Colon Cancer. Jessica was an inspiring leader within the RCEME Corps and the wider CAF, and a brilliant academic.

My deepest condolences to Eric, Clive and Vesper. Jessica was a wonderful women all around. The energy, love, passion and positivity in her was so amazing. Anyone that had the chance to meet her and get to know her in lost a piece of their heart the day she left us. She was a kind hearted person. I can’t start to imagine what you are all feeling. Rest easy Jessica your battle here on earth is over, but you now have the duty to watch over your family, children and husband because they will need all the strength you can send them. You will be so missed.

Jessica was the most genuine person I knew through late elementary school and high school. A memory I will always remember is when we went together to get our learners. We both passed and we were soooo excited!
