Luc was a man of few words, but his eyes spoke volumes. Despite facing obstacle after obstacle, Luc never gave up. He rolled his eyes and rolled up his sleeves and started again, like the soldier he was until the very end. He passed away at the General Campus of the Ottawa Hospital, surrounded by his five children, Pascal, Geneviève (Christian), Lisa (Mike), Jean-Luc (Mélanie) and Tina (Michael). His eight grandchildren, Tayler, Nathan, Emma, Olivier, Laurie, Liam, Vincent and Tristan will always remember him as a strong and loving man. Luc has found eternal peace and happiness in the presence of his beloved granddaughter Arielle.
Though he may be gone, his legacy and impact will continue to live on through his children and grandchildren. Rest in peace, dear Dad.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Hall of Colours of the Beechwood National Memorial Centre, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Luc’s memory to the Last Post Fund would be appreciated.
