Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday November 11, 2022, at the age of 64. Son of the late Leonard and the late Josephine Palmer. Beloved husband of Deborah Palmer née Stocker. Loving father of Michael (Jessica). Cherished grandfather of Lina. He will be missed by his dear sister Diana (Bill Green), his niece Crystal, his father-in-law and mother-in-law; William and Gisele Stocker, his sister-in-law Linda (Ward Hewitt) and his brother-in-law Randy Stocker (Artur Wilczynski). He will be remembered by his aunt Mary Scott, his cousins and many dear friends and colleagues.

One of my favourite memories of my cousin, Jimmy, is how I loved bragging to my friends about my cousin being in the Guinness Book of Records for most one arm push-ups… because I could always add that he was also one of the sweetest, gentlest men I knew. I am so sorry to hear this news. I worked with Jim at the Cyber Centre for the past 4 years and he was so vibrant and strong. It is hard to believe he is gone. Sending my thoughts and prayers to his family at this difficult time.
