Ecclesiastes 3:1-2: "To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted."
With great sadness we share, Leticia Mariano Corpuz has passed away peacefully on October 18, 2024 at the age of 80 in Ottawa, Canada. In heaven now, watching over us, Leticia's laughter, warmth, and love will be dearly missed by her loved ones.
Beloved Wife to the late Celestino Corpuz and a very loving and kind Mother to her 9 children; Lecel (Jimmy), Arthur (Estela), George (Rosalinda), Omar (Morena)(Carmela), Neil (Engel), Rajeta, Ferdie (Imelda), Emily (Cyrus) and Joey (Christine).
A very caring Grandmother to all her 26 Grandchildren and their Spouses and to all her 14 Great Grandchildren. Beloved Sister to Romeo, Nathaniel, Linda and Francisca, a loving Aunt to her Nieces and Nephew. And a loving Bestfriend to Michel, Eva and Rose.
Leticia moved to Canada in 1986 to give her Family a better life, working hard from the start all the way even past her retirement years. Leticia generously gave her all for everyone, making sure everyone is happy and comfortable.
She enjoyed going for walks, admiring nature and going to community events and enjoying entertainment. She loved cooking, as well as eating, a lot. She was the sweetest Grandma, Mom, Sister and Friend.
Her faith in God was unwavering and that gave her all the strength she needed in her life. She may not be with us physically anymore, but her love and spirit will forever be. Thank you for everything Nanay, We will always love you!
