I just about Len today and very sad I didn’t get the chance to pay my respect in person. I grew up 2 doors down from Len, and witnessed the carnage he displayed over the years. A great memory that is burned in my brain is Len burning past me with his Dad a few seconds behind red-faced and a bit angry for something Lenny had just done.
Many games of ping-pong in our respective basements proved we were matched pretty closely. Lenny was always into something which helped him stay out of prison. His early days knocking on doors where he identified peeling paint secured his tremendous success in his professional life.
We did lose touch, as is often the case, but my memories of Len and his parents (and a bit of Dave) are like yesterday.
Tough day for the family; he was a good kid and I’ll miss him.

Len was a good friend to me. I will miss him.
Claudia, Phil, Caroline & Audrey,
So very sorry to read the news of Len. There is no doubt, he was a wonderful husband and a great father.
Len was always an inspiration. He’s had an incredible wealth of business knowledge, love for fast and fancy cars, he was a rocket on the bike and a machine on skinny skis.
Although I did not spend a lot of time with Len, there was an instant karma between us when he joined Chelsea Nordiq with the girls.
I considered Len to be a true friend and will always have fine memories of him.
May Len RIP and your family cherish all your special memories forever.
