John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

Jean Youssef Karam

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Jean Youssef Karam, who departed this life on Friday, May 16, 2025, at the age of 74, surrounded by his loving and devoted family. He is now resting in the arms of the Lord.

Jean was the treasured son of the late Youssef and Adele Karam (Aoun).  A remarkable husband to Nadia Karam (Ghie) sharing 57 beautiful years of love and devotion.

An incredible father to Pierre, Berthe (Charles Estephan), Massoud (Caroline Bouchard), Elias (Mia Diedrich), Youssef and Edward (Laura Skaff). A cherished grandfather to the late Joshua, and forever in the hearts of Lyla, Samuel, Elias,  Jean-Paul, Jacob, Rosarita, Georgio, Nadia, Remi, and Peter.

Dear brother of the late Abdo, Warde, Sami, Massoud, and survived by Laila, Samia, Elie, Henry, Henriette, Josephine, and Antoine.

Jean valued every moment with his loving wife, from shopping and gardening to playing cards, cooking and watching Wheel of Fortune. He found his greatest joy in his family and treasured the time they spend together, especially the moments filled with laughter and lasting memories.

The family will receive relatives and friends for visitation at Saint-Charbel Parish, 245 Donald Street, on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 12:00 to 1:00 followed by a mass. The Interment will take place at Beechwood Cemetery.

For those wishing, donations in Jean’s memory may be made to Saint-Charbel Parish.
