Died at May Court Hospice in peace. Her motto was “live, laugh, love” and she lived those words to the fullest. She is dearly missed by her husband Al, daughter Corinne (Phil), granddaughter Zoë, son Patrick, brother Robert, sister Evlyn, nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her father Maurice, mother Annette and sister Marie. Amongst her many interests, Irma loved being a volunteer at Shepherds of Good Hope and will be missed by staff and clients. Irma’s final days living with cancer were greatly helped by the professionalism and care of the home and May Court Palliative care teams. Heaven has welcomed a wonderful person.

Irma was a sparkle in our lives. She had a real sense of humour and an easy laugh. She loved everyone and raised two wonderful children. We will miss her.

Irma was always so happy and kind. She always snuck me extra treats, and made the best fruit salad. I always loved running into her at the mall and how quickly she recognized me and never skipped a beat to catch up. She will be missed. Prayers to your family from ours.
