Helene Badaoui

Passed away in Ottawa surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at the age of 93. Beloved daughter of the late Father Elias Haddad and Martha Haddad. Loving wife of the late Said Badaoui. Much loved mother of Denise (Chris Afif Wanna) and Louis (Jeannine Bali), all of Ottawa; Fouad (Nawal Badaoui) and Mona (Late Abdo Saadeh), all of Lebanon. Loving grandmother of Joseph Wanna (Soraya Ghatit), Alice (Peter Schlievert), Chris Jr Wanna (Leslie Sparks), Helene Badaoui, Patrick Badaoui and Ashly (Moe Barakat). Cherished sister of the late Mariam and the late Youssef Haddad.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Beechwood Funeral Home, 280 Beechwood Avenue.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 11:00 am at Sts. Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Road.
