We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved sister Dorothy Elizabeth (Betsy) Winter at the Civic Hospital on February 5, 2022. Betsy is survived by her siblings Patricia, Nancy, Sandra, Claudia, Charles and Karen. She was predeceased by her sisters Catharine and Jill. Betsy was an employee of the Foreign Affairs department for many years and served at postings in New York, New Zealand, South Korea, Peru, Bangladesh, Tunisia, Hong Kong and Serbia.
As Betsy was an animal lover, a donation lo an animal welfare group of your choice would be appreciated. A memorial service at Beechwood Cemetery will be held at a later date. For online condolences please visit
