Join us for the very first Victory Europe Day ceremony held at the newly unveiled Amicitia France-Canada Monument.
This 78th anniversary marking the end of the Second World War in Europe is a moment to pay tribute to all those who stood up for humanity and freedom in the face of tyranny, and reflect on the consequences of war.
It is organized by the delegation of the Souvenir Français in Canada in collaboration with local veterans groups and associations.
Everyone is welcome. Join us on Sunday, May 7, 2023 at 10:30 AM at the Amicitia France-Canada Monument, near section 27 of the National Military Cemetery.
