Join us for Garry Clement (Author of Under Cover: Inside the Shady World of Organized Crime and the RCMP) discussion and presentation on Canada’s approach to tackling transnational organized crime and state actor interference.

Garry Clement will drawing on over 50 years expertise and service to Canada and will tackle the topic international organized crime, drug trafficking, money laundering and the state actors – China, Iran, Mexico, Russia and how they pose a major national security threat to Canada

Keynote Speaker: GARRY W.G. CLEMENT, CAMS, CFCS, CFE, CFS, CCI – Garry Clement has thirty-four years of policing experience. An expert and advocate for financial-crime prevention, he has worked as an investigator and undercover operator at some of the highest levels of organized-crime in Canada. During Garry’s policing career, he received numerous awards and commendations, including recognition from the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and the CIA. Today, he is the chief anti–money laundering officer for VersaBank.
