Beechwood, the National Military Cemetery is proud to host an evening of stories, fundraising and celebration.
Hero Lodge is proudly owned and operated by veterans of the Canadian Armed forces and offers a one-of-a-kind experience. The Hero Lodge experience allows the Canadian Armed Forces Members and Veterans the unique opportunity to find themselves under the midnight sun inside a prospector tent on one of the most beautiful rocky islands of the Great Slave Lake.
Out in the great outdoors north of the 60th parallel, members are taken back by the 18-20 hours of sunshine and ability to fish for the illusive catch of their lives. Since the fall of 2022, new options have allowed members to take in breathtaking Northern lights packages.
Above all for our veterans, as well as active members of the Canadian Armed Forces are given the experience they deserve in a location like no other.
Join us to support the activities of the Hero Lodge and touch on the great story of the Hero Lodge and the one that got away.
