Dear Stickland Family,
My sincere condolences on the passing of Chuck. I first met him in Germany when we were with 2RCHA 1964-1967. In 1975 while at the school he was one of my instructors on the 6A course. Chuck will be missed by all who knew and served with him.
Ubique,
Tom Tomaso

My sincere condolences to the Stickland family. I worked with Chuck for only one year - his last in the CAF in 1990-91. I was B Ops O CFB Shilo and Chuck was the Ops MWO. He was a sensible, wise and patient mentor to me, a newly promoted major in charge of a diverse group that impacted many areas of that vibrant Base. I recall presenting retirement gifts to Chuck in the late spring or early summer of 1991. He was a gracious man and very comfortably "old school". We were blessed by his presence.
