Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on April 7th at the age of 74. Joseph leaves behind his loving wife Yolande (nee Naoufal) as well as adoring children Christiane Papodopoulo (Elie), Cynthia Papadopoulo (Kamal) and Elias (Mirna Absi). He will be dearly missed by grandchildren Georges, Matheo, Santina, Antoine and Gia. Fondly remembered by siblings Marie d., Tony (Janice), Nouhad Basbous (Gaby d.) as well as his in-laws May Juraydini (Adel d.), Ghassan Naoufal (Dany) and Nadim Naoufal (Marianne).

Family and friends are invited to a visitation at Beechwood, Funeral, Cemetery and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood Ave. Ottawa, ON) on Monday, April 10th from 7-9pm.  The Funeral will take place at St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral (750 Ridgewood Ave, Ottawa, ON) on Tuesday, April 11th at 11am followed by the Burial at Beechwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to St. Elias Antiochian Orthodox Cathedral or to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation.
