We wish to thank Gord’s care team. Dr. Bowles, Dr. Asmis, Dr. Whetter and Dr. Brodeur, who all went above and beyond to ensure Gord received exceptional care during his illness. We especially want to thank Benny De Guzman for the in-house care he gave Gord – you are a marvel. Your presence was a life line during such a difficult time and we cannot thank you enough.

Dear Carolyn and Kylie: Thinking of you at the very sad time and wishing you strength in the days ahead. Gord was larger than life and will hold a warm spot in our hearts. " To live the hearts of those we leave behind is not to die at all".

I know this is late as I just sadly found out. I’m quite honestly devastated. Gord shaped my youth, we first met working on the production line at Pure Spring. We both bonded immediately, Gord was a real man, a guys guy , I had countless crazy experiences with him. As much as I didn’t see Gord for the last 20 years, I hold him as a best friend and pray he is in a good place right now. Such an honour to know him. Lived in a flea infested apartment in Florida with him and travelled in Thailand with him. Could not have been with a better guy brilliant as well ?..love you man …❤️ I am devastated with this news.
