Parnian Hosseinpour passed away on January 25th, 2022, after a long and courageous battle with brain cancer at the General Hospital.

Born March 21, 1998, daughter of Mohammad and Farzaneh. Parnian was a highly motivated and intelligent woman, who set her sights on becoming a doctor. Her enthusiasm for the field of medicine and her wanting to help people was her life's mission.

Held dearly by many family and friends, Parnian was always cheerful and wanted to help whomever she could. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, friend, and niece. Her loving and caring personality will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

In her memory, Parnian would love nothing more than a donation to be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada:

"I imagine in my mind that one day very soon, I will be caught up to meet you in the sky

Reunited forever, what a glorious day; then we'll never have to say goodbye

But, until that day I will hold on to you; with the memories you left in my heart,

And I will face each day with new courage; knowing that one day we'll never have to part."

My deepest condolences to Parnian's family. I was Parnian's French professor. From the moment I met her, I knew she was a special person. She was so brave and so determined to fight against the cancer and she never gave up. She will always be in my thoughts and my prayers. May her soul rest in peace.

There is no one like you Parnian. You are an extraordinary individual who never let obstacles stop you. You have always encouraged me academically. Sending my prayers to her loved ones and those closest to her.

I live close to the cemetery and have walked past Parnian's tombstone many many times. I was touched by her decorated resting place, a sign of much love and tenderness from her family and friends. In the last year, I would stop by and pray to her for my husband diagnosed with dementia at an early age of 65. He passed away last week. I even left a flower and red bow this fall for her. I just wanted to share how much love I can see surrounds her by her decorated and well kept tombstone. I am sorry for your loss...
Sincerely, Lise
