Robert Alexander McCormick passed away peacefully Thursday, January 20th, 2022, in Ottawa Ontario in his 82nd year.  Beloved husband of the late Kathleen McCormick (Evenson).  He leaves behind his loving children, Craig McCormick (Chantel), and Catherine MacDevitt (Andrew).  He will be dearly missed by his grandchildren, Kristofer, Brayden, Connor and Noah and great grandchildren Jaxon and Lyla Nauss.

Robert was predeceased by his parents Hugh McCormick and Rose Lefebvre, as well as his brothers Dale and Malcolm and fondly remembered by Marlene, Jim, and families.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Epilepsy Canada would be appreciated.

Catherine and family, I am so sorry for your loss. This has been a tragic year for you with too many losses. Wish I could say there was a reason but sometimes things just don't make any sense. I never had the chance to meet your parents Cat, but knowing you, I know that they were both good people and that you undoubtedly reflect the best of them. I wish you didn't have to go through this. Thinking of you and your family.
