The Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence honours the sacrifice of all Canadian Armed Forces, Veterans, and their families.

August 2 2023 – The National Military Cemetery, Beechwood Cemetery was honoured to welcome The Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence for a wreath laying ceremony at the Cross of Sacrifice in the Field of Honour.

Following the formal ceremony, the Minister Pettipas Taylor was taken on a tour of the National Military Cemetery, the RCMP and CSIS Memorial Cemeteries at Beechwood.
