Trevor Davidson

Chief Horticulturist

Trevor joined Beechwood in the spring of 1997 upon graduating from the Horticulture and Landscaping Technician program at Algonquin college. In 2000, Trevor became a Certified Arborist, and 2012, a Certified Heritage Tree Inspector.

Designing and implementing new gardens, bulb, and annual flower displays is highly rewarding, but Trevor’s true passion lies in the maintenance of Beechwood’s oldest residence, its trees, and planting the next generation.

Trevor has been with his spouse Susie, for twenty years, and has two sons, William, and Christopher. During his spare time, Trevor enjoys early morning runs with his dog, snowshoeing at the experimental farm, and admiring the weeds in his garden with a cup of coffee.
