A Memorial Service for all
Through music and poetry, this new format of a memorial service will help those struggling with grief. This nonreligious event will use art to express the stages of grief in both musical pieces and spoken word. The event will feature local Ottawa poet Khaleefa Hamdan, who will tap into the loss of his father. The musical accompaniment will be done by the Ottawa Salvation Army Band.
