It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the death of Pierrette MacLean, our loving mother, who passed away peacefully on October 19, 2026. Pierrette was born December 18th 1934 in Ottawa Lower Town. As we grieve her loss, we take comfort in the precious memories that she gave us.
Pierrette leaves behind her children Kathleen, Suzanne and Neil as well as her grand-daughters Olivia and Isabelle and her grand-sons Xavier, Olivier and Alexandre. The family wishes to express its heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Villagia in the Glebe for their exceptional care.
Family and friends are invited for a memorial service at Beechwood Funeral Services, 280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. for a celebration of Pierrette’s life.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pierrette’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
