Diane Ethier (née Lavergne)

Aunt Diane was so cherished, she was a loving mother, daughter, friend and beautiful Aunt. She was always there for us, always present and thoughtful. I spent many a day with her, she helped me through the tough times of caring for my Mom (her sister and also my dad). She never let me down, except now I can’t call her to squawk and laugh it out anymore and it has left a big gap in my life. From New Brunswick, we are sending all our love and many kisses up there to you.

Diane was such a loving, funny, and caring person. She was the kind of gal who would give you the shirt off her back without thinking twice. She loved with all her heart and soul and had a way of making everyone around her feel loved and cared for.
She will be deeply missed, but her beautiful spirit, laughter, and the love she gave so freely will live on in all of us who were lucky enough to know her. ❤️

Wonderful Auntie Diane. She was always thoughtful, loving and fun. SO energetic! She faced many tough challenges with faith and true grit. One of my favourite memories of her is the time she came with us on a family vacation to Mexico, along with Aunt Molly. Diane was born to barter! She haggled like a boss at the market for her souvenirs, relishing every moment and deal she made. A well-deserved rest is yours now Auntie. Scott and I will miss you.

David, Paul, Christine and Peter, I just want you all to know how very sorry I am that you have lost your mom. I know how much she meant to each of you, and I know there really are no words that can make this easier. She was so proud of each and every one of you. I don’t think your mother ever knew just how much she meant to me. She came into my life as Bob’s sister, but as the years passed, she became far more to me. People who knew Diane admired her for her kindness, her love, and her compassion for others. I will miss her laugh as it was so hearty and the way she made people feel welcomed. I will miss our conversations, the laughter, and all those simple family moments we shared. Now, they are my precious memories, and I would give anything to live them again.
Diane, my dear sister in love, you will always be loved, always remembered, and forever missed. ❤️

I’m so sorry to hear about Diane’s passing. My symptoms the Éthier family. I remember her from when I was a little girl. She was always so nice to me and my family. So sorry for your loss ❤️
