To me Andre was like a Godfather, guide, and mentor in life in general, but above all was his caring. I will truly miss him, however, knowing he is now in a better place gives me some comfort.
Andre is gone, but will always be remembered. May his soul rest in peace and his memory be eternal. Courage Mona!

I knew my uncle since I was small. I was the daughter he never had. He was always there for me in good times and bad times. He was vey caring about me and my sister. I could tell always get advice. He was a man of God. He was very religious and did a lot of good deeds to so many people. I know he’s in heaven now and he will never be forgotten. I know you’re in peace now.

André was a big part of our family for more than 55 years. We loved him dearly. He had that magical spirit that would put a smile to everyone around him. I remember him throughout the 70's and 80's following and supporting the Egyptian swimming team during the international swimming competitions held throughout Quebec and Ontario.
During my military career on tbe west coast, André would make sure to call me or stop for a visit. Merci André.
You may be gone now but we will always remember you. Thank you André for being part of our family.
You have earned your wings. Now your will make a lot of people happy and laughing in Heaven. Au revoir mon Ami.

Dearest Mona:
We were so sorry to hear of dear André's passing. We have many fond memories of times spent with many laughs, backgammon and great stories, New Year Eve night wrapped in blankets in the porch with cigars and brandy ringing in another year. He was a very devout man and is now truly at peace.
