Passed away at her home in Ottawa on Monday, January 20th, 2025; at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Massaad. Loving mother of Mickey Massaad (Ben Fouladi), Maya Massaad (Milad Eid) and Georges Massaad (Rania Nasrallah). Beloved grandmother of Jennifer (Ahmad), Charlie, David, Michael and Paul and step-grandmother of Benjamin, Nakisa and Rebecca. Daughter of the late Mouhib and Laurisse Helou. Survived by her brother Adel Helou (late Claire) and by many nieces, nephews and friends in the USA and Lebanon. Predeceased by her siblings Camil (Jacqueline) and Marcel (Antoinette).
Family and friends are invited to St. Charbel Parish (245 Donald Street, Ottawa) on Thursday, January 23, 2025, for a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m., interment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation in Claudette’s memory to St. Charbel Parish.

It is with very heavy hearts that we acknowledge the loss of dearest Claude. She was a lovely Aunt and gave tender loving care to my sons when they were babies. She had a great sense of humour and was always very generous with her love and hospitality. We will miss Claude very much. May God give you strength during this very difficult time.
