Terry Lynn Pearce passed away comfortably at Ottawa Civic Hospital on 16 October 2024. Terry is joining her Parents: William Albert Pearce and Fanny Pearce (Ellis-Toddington) at Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa. Terry is survived by her sister Georgia Pearce of Vancouver BC; brother’s Ralph and Philip Pearce of Brantford Ontario; and extended family throughout Canada. Terry had many friends but none more caring and helpful than Frances Holmes and Madeline Kallio.
Terry enjoyed two distinct careers: an early career as a Registered Nurse and later as Manager of Technology involved with protecting Canada’s safety and security. Terry excelled at every challenge: respected and appreciated by all who knew her. Mostly, Terry was a very smart and gracious lady.
Terry’s hard work was offset by her love for Standard Poodles. Unsurprisingly, she excelled at training and organizing ‘all things poodles’ culminating with many awards. Terry loved her poodles and raised champions for decades.
I will miss you, Terry. Rest in peace.
