Nadia passed peacefully away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the age of 88. Nadia was predeceased by her second husband, Douglas Holmes (2017) and by her much loved youngest son Burton Cooper (2017). Devoted mother of Raymond Cooper (Johane), Donna Hayes (Chris), and Bob Cooper (Lisa) . Much loved sister of Robert ‘Bob’ Hardock (Lydia), Erast ‘Jack’ Hardock (Isobelle), Luba Ink (Heinz). Cherished grandmother of Ronin (Natasha), Karly (Collin), Richard (Diana), Suzanne (Tyler), Dylan and Valerie (Brad). Cherished great-grandmother of Cash. Former spouse of Raymond Rankin Cooper.
All of Nadia’s family and friends are welcome to attend a celebration of Nadia’s life at the Beechwood National Memorial Centre 280 Beechwood Ave, Ottawa, Ontario, on Friday, March 3, 2023 at 10 am in the Sacred Space. A reception will follow. Interment to follow in the spring.
