It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Larry Perreault, who passed away at the age of 97.

Larry was born in Pembroke, Ontario, to the late Ida May and Alexander. Predeceased by the love of his life his wife Rose (2021 – “Together Forever”). He leaves behind his much loved son Wayne (Suzanne) and their children Amanda (Jim Sayah) and Natalie (Tim Vellenga). Proud great-grandfather to Hayden and Ethan Sayah and Adalia, Brydon and Lorel Vellenga, and his much loved daughter Kim (Marc Clermont).

Survived by his sister Irene Cox of Ottawa. Fondly remembered by several nieces and nephews.

A World War II vet, Larry joined the Army at the age of 17 and retired in 1972 as a Sgt. He served overseas and was at Normandy.

He was a life-member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 351, Ottawa, Ontario.

A Memorial service will be held at Beechwood Cemetery in the Chapel on December 19th, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.  Interment to follow. For those wishing, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
