Marielle passed away peacefully, with family at her side, at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025. Wife of the late Robert (Bob) Jenkins. She was the loving and cherished mother of Robert Jr. (Linda); Stephen (Deborah); Susan (Catherine); Ann Marie (Benjamin). Beloved grandmother of Mary, Matthew and Jonah, and Robin, Kimberley and Elizabeth. Great-grandmother of Jordan, Hannah, Isla, Milo, Jett, Holly and Hugo.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Beechwood Funeral and Cemetery Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa). A private family ceremony will take place at a later date. In memory of Marielle, donations may be made to the Ottawa Food Bank or a charity of your choice.

We were saddened to learn of the passing of your dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and our Matante Marielle. Never without a smile, her warmth and laughter was infectious…truly, a joyful person. We will all have our favourite memories to cherish and remind us of the joy she brought to each and every one of us. She will be missed.
Your Mom was special, sweet and kind. Always welcoming. She will be very missed. I am glad she is now with her husband. Theirs was a love story.
