Emile El Kadi

Passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the age of 72 in Ijdaberine, Lebanon. A loving husband to his late wife, Claudia El Kadi (born Chelala) and beloved father to Marita, Melanie and John Charbel El Kadi.

Dear son of the late Adib El Kadi and Nabiha El Kadi. Much loved brother of Raymond Al Kadi (Hanaa), Jean Al Kadi, Nouhad Al Kadi (Mounir Chelala), Layla Al Kadi (George Al Badawi), and Badr Al Kadi. Dear brother-in-law of Marleine Chelala (Nahed Roukos), George Chelala (Rona), Tony Chelala (Aline), and Yolla Chelala (Bassam Asmar).

Emile lived his life in dedication to his family, whom he loved deeply. His presence brought joy to his community and to his loved ones. His kindness, generosity, and charisma will forever be etched into our hearts.

Caring patron of the Lebanese Christian-Maronite community in Ottawa and Lebanon. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Saint Charbel Parish, Ottawa, Maronite Catholic Church, 245 Donald St.

For those unable to attend the funeral service, the family warmly welcomes you for visitation on Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the family home.
