Timothy Patrick Stilwell

Portrait of Timothy Patrick Stilwell

Passed away in Gatineau Qc at the age of 36. Beloved son of Suzan and to stepfatherĀ Jim White and to his father Brian Stilwell. Cherished brother to Evelyn and Stephen and his wife Eden and dear uncle to Jeramya and Olivia.

Will be lovingly remembered by his grandma and many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Sadly, no words can truly express the pain of losing our beloved son and brother. Even now, it is hard to believe this is real. Tim, you were still so young and still had so much life ahead of you. You will always be remembered as the athlete who could do anything and excel at it, the funniest person in the room, always laughing and able to joke about anything. You had such a big heart.

Our hearts ache knowing we will never again hear your funny prank stories followed by that familiar ā€œI got youā€ moment or receive a text from you with one of your favourite Morgan Wallen songs. We will not have another trip to Value Village, wandering the aisles, laughing together, and finding little vintage treasures, sharing pickles because oh, how you loved pickles and, most of all, our long talks about Bible verses and faith.

One verse will always bring us back to you, because it was your favourite:

ā€œAlso, I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.ā€

Isaiah 6:8 (KJV)

We’ll think of you when we watch your favourite movie, Fury and hear that memorable line: ā€œBest job I ever had.ā€ That line reflected the part of you that was brave, determined, and inspired to become a Recce Crewman. When tragedy cut that dream short, you tried to find a new path and a new purpose while carrying battles that many could not see. Even through it all, you stood for truth. You were never afraid to speak against lies and corruption, and that strength was a part of who you were. The comfort we hold onto now is knowing that you believed in Jesus and knew who He was. And so, our son, while your earthly battle is over, we know that you are now resting in God’s peace—fishing on the most beautiful lake in heaven, reunited with your children, and held safely in His love.

We will love you forever, our Tiny Tim. One day, we will meet again on those beautiful shores, rejoice together, and go fishing side by side. Thank you for the gift of being your family. Thank you for the love, the laughter, and the memories we will carry with us always.

Fly to Jesus, Tim.
