Marielle passed away peacefully, with family at her side, at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025. Wife of the late Robert (Bob) Jenkins. She was the loving and cherished mother of Robert Jr. (Linda); Stephen (Deborah); Susan (Catherine); Ann Marie (Benjamin). Beloved grandmother of Mary, Matthew and Jonah, and Robin, Kimberley and Elizabeth. Great-grandmother of Jordan, Hannah, Isla, Milo, Jett, Holly and Hugo.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Beechwood Funeral and Cemetery Services (280 Beechwood Avenue, Ottawa). Burial will take place on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 1 pm, reception to follow.

In memory of Marielle, donations may be made to the Ottawa Food Bank or a charity of your choice.

    Marie is a part of my youth story. Bob and I dated thru high-school and I was at their home often. She was a lovely mom and catered to the wants of her children. Always joyful and light–I remember that most. We had the opportunity to see each other briefly thru the years and she remained just as I remembered her. ❤️
