I’m behalf of my mother, Laila Khan, and the Khan family of Ottawa, we wish to express our sincere condolences on the sad passing of Amina Akhtar. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Akhtar family. We have fond remembrances of our time spent with Amina Auntie over the years, as a good friend of ours and as a supporter and participant in the life-cycle events of our own family. She will be missed – but always remembered.
