Peacefully entered into rest at 6:52 a.m. on September 13, 2020 at the age of 72 at Elisabeth Bruyère.  Bob was the son of the late Joseph James Hanlon and Audrey McDonald Hanlon.  Bob was a retired Professional Engineer for the Canadian Federal Government.  He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Connie Torres Budleski.  He is survived by his sister Kathleen Morine (Kenneth Robert), nephew Richard and niece Lauren.  If you get a chance, listen to Kenny Rogers' song "Goodbye" and take a moment to remember Bob.  Due to the pandemic, a funeral service will not be held.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre or Bruyère Foundation would be appreciated.  Interment to take place at Beechwood Cemetery.
