It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Priscilla Darlene Konecsni (Dotty) of Ottawa, Ontario on September 18, 2020.

Born October 22, 1951 in Little Rock Arkansas, Dotty was the daughter of the late Lona Faye Chambers and Dean Chambers of Jacksonville, Florida.

She is survived by her husband Wade of 41 years, two daughters Kim and Amanda and Amanda's husband Tyler, two sisters Suzi of Edmond, OK and Micha of Floyd, Virginia , and five  grandchildren Avery, Zoe (late), Hudson, Knox and Walker.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at Beechwood Cemetery.  A grave site service will be conducted at 11:00 AM at the National Military Cemetery of Canada at Beechwood.

Due to the travel and social gathering COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held.  These limitations pain the immediate family deeply as they appreciate the fact that Dotty had many friends and relatives who would like to say their final farewell.  Family will receive attendees from 09:30 AM until 10:00 AM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Huntington Society of Canada, 20 Erb St W, Suite 801, Waterloo, ON N2L 1T2, https://www.huntingtonsociety.ca/donate/.

Wade, Kim and Amanda our hearts go out to all of you as well as the grandchildren. From the first moment we met your family it was apparent how much you loved and supported one another. Dotty was such a beautiful person inside and out. On this difficult day we are thinking of you all and send our love.

Wade, Kim and Amanda you are in our thoughts and prayers on this difficult day. From the moment we met your family it was apparent how much you loved, cared and supported one another. Dottie was a beautiful person inside and out.

Bless you all Janet and Jake

Kim and I became best friends in grade 7 and shortly after I was lucky enough to meet Wade, Dotty and Amanda who welcomed me like family. Dotty was such a gentle, kind and loving lady. Her presence made you feel so warm and loved. I am so sorry for your loss. She will always be in my thoughts.

Very sad to hear from Cathie Keener that Dotty passed away. Cathie and Dotty were the highlight of the couple of years when we worked together at National Trust in Victoria. When I think of Dotty, I remember her bright smile and kindness. My condolences to Wade and family.
