Pauline was predeceased by her loving husband Flip (Florian) in 2007 and son Richard in 2015.  She is survived by daughter Janet (Robb) Thompson of Calgary and son Randy (Shannon) of Ottawa along with 8 grandchildren - Jan (Sophie), Kelley, Lauren, Sean (Meghan), Thomas, Elisabeth, Jackson and Rachel - 3 great-grandchildren - Sedrick, Noah and Rory - and many nieces and nephews.

Pauline’s love of the ocean, the sun and the beach will be passed down to all her family.

The family would like to thank those at the Ottawa General Hospital who cared for her over the past few weeks and those at the Oak Park Retirement Home who provided care, comfort and support over the past 2 years.

Janet, Randell and family,
Please know that you are in our thoughts. Aunty Pauline was always such a warm and loving aunt. I always loved our visits to Ottawa and staying at the house.

Memories of my Aunt Pauline evoke compassion, kindhearthedness and cheerfulness. May those remembrances bring some comfort to the loss of a enlivening person.

I have such wonderful memories of both your parents and of course all of you. When you moved in next door "across the driveway" on Patricia it was thrilling. Our mothers were partners in crime. I remember all the laughter. It was a sad day when you moved. My condolences to all of you. I will always remember your Mon as such a warm, loving lady.

I have fond memories of you parents, who were always very warm and kind to me, with lots of smiles. They are memories I will cherish. My condolences to the Fix family.
