Having met Jean 2008 in DGAEPM (FT) it didn’t take long to recognize the positive influence he had on everyone around him. Jean was a good man, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and credit to the Canadian Military uniform which he always wore proudly. My thoughts and prayers go out to Joanne and family. Rest in Peace my friend.

My condolences to Jean's family. I worked with/for Jean for about a year in Ottawa at Cumberland. He was always an agreeable fellow even when he was directing me to do tasks. I enjoyed our Friday luncheons our team used to have in the Biward Market and he had some great stories about his time in Africa. Rest in Peace, Jean, you went above and beyond just doing your duty.
Rob
