It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of André (Andy) LeBrun on October 4th, 2023, at the age of 76. André was the son of late Rolland LeBrun and late Alice LeBrun (Bissonnette). He leaves in sorrow his loving common-law spouse France of 35 years, his cherished son Denis (Laurel) and his three beloved grandchildren, Colin, Alex, and Miranda. He also leaves his sisters Denise (late Gérard) and Suzanne (Marcel) along with numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his daughter Soleil and his sisters Raymonde (late Richard) and Jocelyne (late Raymond).

André was a kind man, hard worker, extremely generous and full of unconditional love. He will always remain the man we loved with all our hearts and whom we will continue to love and remember despite the void he leaves behind.

A gathering for a Celebration of Life for André will be held on Thursday, November 9th, 2023, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm at Beechwood Funeral Cemetery, and Cremation Services (280 Beechwood avenue, Ottawa). Your expression of sympathy can be done through a donation to the Heart Institute of Ottawa.

Denis, Laurel & family,

Our deepest sympathy - I have several fantastic memories from numerous fishing trips we (André, Marcel, Roger, Bob, Marc, Denis, Bill, Woody, Claude, André P. & others) did to the Bryson of course but also to the Gouin reservoir with these really big ponton boats.

André (Dédé) was fun to be with and will be missed.

Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family.

Guy

On behalf of myself and my crew at Halley’s Service Centre, we extend our sincere condolences to you, France and family.
The automotive trade brought us together not as competitors but allies in providing expert honest service. André was hard working till the end. He called me his little sister. We shared work, travel and friendship. Soft spoken and often the voice of reason for many I will truly miss him.
