It is with heavy hearts deep sadness that we announce the passing of Elias Dib Francis on Sunday, April 11, 2021. Beloved husband to Antoinette. Loving father to George, Andre and Joelle and step father to Richard and Carla. He is loved and will be missed by all his grandchildren, nephews, nieces and close friends. He will remain in our hearts and prayers.
Due to government-imposed restrictions related to COVID-19, attendance will be restricted to a limited number of individuals, personally invited by the family.
