Mark Laramore

I remember the first time I met Mark. He came in the room to teach a segment of Commercial 101 to a room fill of newbs, myself included. He was amazing. He had to rush out to another meeting and the room was left thinking, ‘Is there anything this guy doesn’t know about the importation of goods?’ and ‘Remember his name!…’ I was fortunate to get to work with Mark later in my career and to get to know him. I learned a lot from him and I know commercial clients, his colleagues and senior management relied heavily on him for his knowledge and experience. He immediately had the answer to every question on the tip of his tongue and would say it like it is. I also enjoyed walks with Mark – I think I was one of a select few that could keep up with his pace 😉 Rest in Peace Mark.
