Chamika Ailapperuma is an innovation leader with almost 20 years of experience leading change in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She specializes in digital business transformation from strategy to implementation. Chamika holds certificates in conflict resolution, business administration, design thinking and user experience management. Her work is at the intersection of policy, technology, communications and organizational culture.
Chamika's notable pioneering accomplishments include designing flagship mentorship programs for different associations, developing digital governance models and being a part of the team that made free access to law in Canada possible. She has served as a board member on different professional associations and not-for-profits. Chamika currently works for the Government of Canada on projects involving cultural and digital transformation and service re-design.
